Conscious Living Yoga w/Flowing Movement
Starting May 2016 MONDAYS, 5:30 ~ 6:45pm
This class will be more active and engaging!
Using the Conscious Living Yoga principles (Body/Mind/Spirit Consciousness) we will focus on:
- The practice of using breath to move the body.
- Gentle yet strengthening;
- Engaging yet profoundly Refreshing;
- Calming yet Empowering.
Based on Iyengar principals of alignment, Mukunda’s teaching of mindfulness to the inner teacher, and Conscious Living Yoga’s awakening energy – you are sure to feel inspired, stronger, more aware and at peace by the end of each session.
